Hypnosis is the perfect tool to bypass the critical factor and install acceptable suggestions in the mind.
In this case the suggestion would be to delete the “wrong” belief(s). A simple example of a hypnotic suggestion to achieve this effect is by suggesting an analogy to a cluttered desktop. Highlight the file(s) or folder(s) to be deleted then right click and chose delete.
It is a good idea to replace beliefs rather than just deleting them. Following on with this case you can draw an analogy to a pop-up installation window or prompt on the desktop and click on new beliefs to install in place of the deleted ones.
An example of clinical use of this technique goes as follows for a simple phobia (lets say phobia of cats).
